Masters degree in Business Administration (Procurement) and Bachelor Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. Eng Margaret Ogai is a registered Consulting Engineer with the Board (EBK) and a Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya(IEK). She has over 30 years wealth of experience in Infrastructure Development and Management that cuts across both public and private sector. She is responsible to for the implementation of the Boards strategic goals and the management of its resources including giving direction and leadership for the achievement of its mission.

She has over 11 years work experience in the Engineering profession. She oversees the Continuing Professional Development, Internship and Accreditation departments under the directorate. She is responsible for building capacity in the engineering profession and provide accreditation for engineering education, training and practice.

Eng. Antony Makokha Okere is a Consulting Engineer, registered by the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a Corporate Member with the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He has over 15 years’ experience in Electrical engineering, management and public policy both in public and private sectors. Eng. Antony holds a Bachelors in Electrical & Communications Engineering from Moi University. Currently, he serves as the Director in charge of Compliance & Enforcement at the Engineers Board of Kenya. He is pursuing Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management (MPPM) at the Strathmore University.

Fridah Ngalu is the Director Legal Services & Corporation Secretary responsible for providing legal and governance advisory services to the Board. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Secretary and with demonstrated knowledge and over 11 years of professional experience in the provision of legal services. She holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership & Governance, Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University, Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Information Communication Technology (ICT) Manager

MBA (MIS Ongoing), UoN; BSc (Mathematics and Computing, Egerton University; Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
He has over 13 years experience in Information Communications Technology and is a Member of the Computer Society of Kenya. He oversees the Information Communication and Technology department. He is responsible for promoting the use of ICT in delivery of services towards realization of the Boards mandate.

Stella Gati has over 15 years of working experience in the Public and Private sectors. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the National Quality Institute (NQI). She is a Certified Public Accountant CPA(K) and a Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor. She is responsible for Policy formulation and Research, coordinating the implementation of the Board's Strategic Plan, Corporate Planning, Performance Management, Quality Management based on ISO Standards and Risk Management for the Board.

Eng. Faith Mutuku holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). She is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E) with EBK and a Fellow member with the Institute of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). She has over 8 years of experience working in both private and government sector. She is responsible for coordination of registration and licensing of engineers, policy development on registration and stakeholder engagement.

Eng. Kinoti is responsible for the investigation and enforcement of violations to the Engineers Act 2011, and related legislations under the Directorate of Compliance and Enforcement. He has over 11 years of work experience in the Public and Private sectors in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer with EBK and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).

Eng. Monicah is responsible for compliance monitoring and management of the compliance tools at the Board. She has over 13 years of work experience in Public and Private sectors in Civil Engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya.

Catherine W. Macharia

MSc (Purchasing and Supplies Mgmt), JKUAT; BSc (Procurement and Logistics), JKUAT.
She has over 12 years work experience as a procurement specialist in both Public and Private Sector. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and supply (UK) MCIPS and a full member of Kenya Institute of supplies Management, MKISM. She oversees the Supply Chain Management function of the Board. She is responsible for implementation of efficient and effective systems of acquisition of goods, works and services, as well as disposal of assets.
